Terms and Conditions for Use of the GObrokers Services
Please note that each qualified Broker listed on GObrokers is bound by Australian law and their own Broker standards, ethics and qualifications and as such, has a duty of care to supply you with the best advice they can provide. Each Broker has their own terms of engagement which are displayed at the time of making an appointment under a link called Terms and Conditions.

For liability and insurance purposes GObrokers states that the Brokers listed on the GObrokers web site are not employed by GObrokers, and cannot be recommended or guaranteed in any way to provide correct advice. GObrokers is merely a directory listing of Brokers available to provide advice.

Your use of the GObrokers web site, constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as a User in regard to the use of the GObrokers Website or Directory.    

1.                Limited liability:  
GObrokers will not be liable for any loss or damages:

      a) In regard to the firewall because third party providers of services such as networks, security systems and firewall maintenance are involved in the delivery of the system you agree to indemnify the Company for any claim directly or indirectly related to, based upon, attributable to or in consequence of any fact or circumstance arising from, or caused by loss of data or a breach in Computer Firewalls or Security Systems, the consequence of which may be (but not necessarily limited to) the following: Contamination by Computer viruses and or the manipulation, destruction, contamination, or loss of any computer data, or for any loss, in consequence of an unauthorized person gaining access to or copying data from any computer system or memory. This clause overrides anything else to the contrary which is expressed or implied in these Terms and Conditions;

      b) if the web site is not accessible for any reason;      

      c) in no circumstances will GObrokers be liable to the User in relation to any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.  

2.                On using this GObrokers web site and its services, all Users (including Brokers providing services) indemnify GObrokers, GObookings Systems, WebStation Australia, its officers, representatives, employees and agents against any claim, demand, injury, direct or indirect damage, loss or cost, liability, right of action or claim for compensation in contract, under statue or in tort (including negligence) made against or suffered by any of those indemnified arising, in whole or in part, in relation to their use of the  GObrokers Directory or its GObookings systems.  

3.                Users warrant that they have not relied on any representation made by the GObrokers web site, or its representatives which has not been expressly stated in these terms and conditions, or upon any descriptions, illustrations or specifications contained in any document including publicity material produced by GObrokers or its representatives or its agents or information provided on the GObrokers web site or Directory. 

4.                Privacy of the User and the Broker will be respected and data will not be resold or made public by WebStation Australia unless required by law. Unidentifiable statistical data in relation to numbers visiting GObrokers or using their services may be used for marketing purposes 

5.               You agree to use the services of the Brokers available for consultation at your own risk and will read and agree with their Terms and Conditions made available at the time of making the appointment before proceeding with the appointment and taking advice. You understand that the advice you receive is absolutely in all respects between you and the Broker and you agree to not make any claims whatsoever on WebStation Australia, GObrokers, its representatives, agents or the GObookings AppointmentDiary booking system. GObrokers recommends you take an independent second or even third opinion before acting on any Brokers advice.

6.                These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Queensland. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there. 

7.                All Users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the GObookings AppointmentDiary terms and conditions, as applicable for use of their online appointment system. 

8.               All Brokers listed on GObrokers will be expected to return calls to Users in a punctual manner at the designated time for when the appointment was made. In the interests of protecting all parties please advise GObrokers in regard to a particular Broker if they do not comply with this basic obligation. Should you not be satisfied with a Broker's telephone appointment call please advise GObrokers immediately. A repeat consultation will be arranged for you.
